We are looking to hire an exceptional Sales Manager with a proven track record to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of the current sales team, hiring new members of staff, creating sales plans and delivering on targets.
You will also be responsible for preparing budgets, coordinating sales training, directing the sales activities, and ultimately, ensuring the growth of the company's sales. You must be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your workforce, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
Successfully managing the sales team to maximize growth and revenue
Design and implement a strategic business plans
Take responsibility for recruiting, training and appraisals
Create and foster client relationships
Present sales and forecasts to the management team
Identify new markets whilst also monitoring advancements in the competition
Increasing the efficiency of business procedures by meeting with operational departments
Attending sales meetings, client pitches and conferences where appropriate
Negotiating contract agreements with customers.
A proven track record in sales and management
Proven ability to drive the sales process at a company wide level
Excellent mentoring and people management skills
The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals
The willingness to undergo training to become familiar with the company's products and services
Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers
